Responsibilities
1. Market Insight: Be familiar with the photovoltaic and energy storage market policies and grid connection requirements of the target countries;
2. Solution value delivery: Responsible for the solution value delivery to customers and partners, including technical workshop, training for partners, participating project development, solution design, POC test, etc.;
3. Solution design: Analyze and understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposal and make ROI calculation;
4. Study product features and make comparison analysis.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, with education background in electrical engineering, automation, power electronics, power systems, photovoltaics, electrochemical energy storage and other energy-related majors preferred;
2. More than 3 years working experience in photovoltaic, energy storage, EV charging related technology or solution sales, with experience in Residential, Commercial & Industrial, Utility photovoltaic systems is preferred;
3. Strong teamwork spirit and communication skills;
4. Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages such as French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, etc, are a plus;
5. Positive attitude; responsible, resilient, and able to withstand certain pressure;
6. Occasional business travel for ongoing projects, seminars, conferences etc.

Responsibilities
1. Leading partners and customers development and be responsible for customer satisfaction.
2. Undertake sales targets and be responsible for the achievement of sales and marketing targets (order, market, profitability).
3. Builds, manages and enhances the company’s sales operations in the specified territory, including setting future strategic sales direction.
4. Initiates and implements strategic alliances with key partners-distributors /Project Integrators and customers.
5. Identifies market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base and develops strategies to penetrate those markets.
6. Attends trade shows, conferences, and customer workshops, etc, to promote Dunext brand locally.
7. Provides outstanding customer support.
8. Other duties as may be required or assigned.
Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above
2. 2+ years of sales experience, past experience in sales of solar inverter and battery storage involving clients is an advantage
3. Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.
4. Understand the basic solar and storage principles, understand the system single line diagram related knowledge, familiar with the energy storage system architecture, able to communicate with customer about basic technical solutions
5. Positive attitude, willing to work with international team, take responsibility and quick learner and creativity. 6. Responsible, serious and responsible work, with excellent stakeholder management ability;
7. English as the main working language, German is a prefered.
