Responsibilities

1. Market Insight: Be familiar with the photovoltaic and energy storage market policies and grid connection requirements of the target countries;

2. Solution value delivery: Responsible for the solution value delivery to customers and partners, including technical workshop, training for partners, participating project development, solution design, POC test, etc.;

3. Solution design: Analyze and understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposal and make ROI calculation;

4. Study product features and make comparison analysis.


Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, with education background in electrical engineering, automation, power electronics, power systems, photovoltaics, electrochemical energy storage and other energy-related majors preferred;

2. More than 3 years working experience in photovoltaic, energy storage, EV charging related technology or solution sales, with experience in Residential, Commercial & Industrial, Utility photovoltaic systems is preferred;

3. Strong teamwork spirit and communication skills;

4. Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages such as French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, etc, are a plus;

5. Positive attitude; responsible, resilient, and able to withstand certain pressure;

6. Occasional business travel for ongoing projects, seminars, conferences etc.

1. Overseas customer training (product installation, commissioning and maintenance, etc.), customer requirement collection;

2. Handle after-sales ticket of the products and close ticket, improve product quality via cusotmer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction;

3. Product spare parts management, daily management of spare parts, such as delivering good parts and collecting defactive parts, etc.;

4. Collect customer requirement, transfer to R&D and communicate with them to make the product more robust and friendly, and follow up on the progress of tickets;

5. To identify product and technical problems remotely and then provide relevant advice and solutions;

6. Ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers.

7. Document all cases, inquiries, developments, changes, and resolutions on the internal database

8. On-site visits to troubleshoot PV systems and Conduct follow-up duties with customers

9. Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Product Solutions and Product teams

 

Requirements

1.A technical degree in a related field such as power, renewables, solar, photovoltaics, electrical engineering 

2.More than 2 years of energy storage product service experience;

3.Experienced background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, Grid Power, or Smart Energy Technologies

4.Local electrician's certificate is preferred

5.English, Polish, German, Dutch

6.willing to learn and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges
