Your provided settings, including your home address, postal code, installed photovoltaic system size, and any third-party product details associated with your account.
Using sensors built into our products or third-party products and connected devices, we will collect environmental data such as temperature readings and smart home product and appliance configuration information.
If your system includes battery storage equipment, we will collect power generation and storage data.
If you have a meter and have authorized us to access it, your energy consumption will be integrated into our features and displayed on your monitoring platform.
Additionally, we will collect technical information about the products, such as software or firmware versions and system alerts, to provide more accurate services.
By accessing and using our portal and explicitly accepting its terms, you acknowledge and agree to our collection, display, and processing of the above data (including your energy consumption data).

Dunext has the right to collect and use your information per its privacy policy.
Dunext may allow third-party partners (hereinafter "Third-Party Partners") of additional products connected to Dunext products (such as batteries or smart home products) to access relevant information, including identifiable personal information within the service ("Personal Information"). Such third-party partners are required to maintain confidentiality in compliance with relevant laws and regulations and may not disclose this information to other third parties without Dunext’s or your explicit consent. You expressly authorize Dunext to provide your Personal Information to Third-Party Partners.
Dunext makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety of any third-party products or services (hereinafter "Third-Party Products"). Therefore, Dunext is not responsible for any injuries or damages, including but not limited to damage to your or your client’s property (including but not limited to houses), or any other related injuries or losses caused by using any third-party products or outputs.
