Responsibilities

 

1.Overseas customer training (product installation, commissioning and maintenance, etc.), customer requirement collection;

2.Handle after-sales ticket of the products and close ticket, improve product quality via cusotmer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction;

3.Product spare parts management, daily management of spare parts, such as delivering good parts and collecting defactive parts, etc.;

4.Collect customer requirement, transfer to R&D and communicate with them to make the product more robust and friendly, and follow up on the progress of tickets;

5.To identify product and technical problems remotely and then provide relevant advice and solutions;

6.Ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers.

7.Document all cases, inquiries, developments, changes, and resolutions on the internal database;

8.On-site visits to troubleshoot PV systems and Conduct follow-up duties with customers;

9.Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Product Solutions and Product teams.

 

 

 

Requirements

1.Must have a strong working knowledge of providing technical, product, after-sales, customer service support and guidance for solar electronic, solar technology, or PV products;

2.More than 2 years of energy storage product service experience(Local electrician's certificate is preferred);

3.Experienced background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, Grid Power, or Smart Energy Technologies;

4.A technical degree in a related field such as power, renewables, solar, photovoltaics, electrical engineering;

5.English, Polish, German, Dutch - Local language and English is a must;

6.Willing to learn and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges.

Responsibilities

1.Leading partners and customers development and be responsible for customer satisfaction.

2.Undertake sales targets and be responsible for the achievement of sales and marketing targets (order, market, profitability).

3.Builds, manages and enhances the company’s sales operations in the specified territory, including setting future strategic sales direction.

4.Initiates and implements strategic alliances with key partners-distributors /Project Integrators and customers.

5.Identifies market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base and develops strategies to penetrate those markets.

6.Attends trade shows, conferences, and customer workshops, etc, to promote Dunext brand locally.

7.Provides outstanding customer support.

8.Other duties as may be required or assigned.

 

Requirements

1.Full-time bachelor degree or above

2.2+ years of sales experience, past experience in sales of solar inverter and battery storage involving clients is an advantage

3.Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.

4.Understand the basic solar and storage principles, understand the system single line diagram related knowledge, familiar with the energy storage system architecture, able to communicate with customer about basic technical solutions

5.English as the main working language.

6.Positive attitude, willing to work with international team, take responsibility and quick learner and creativity.

7.Responsible, serious and responsible work, with excellent stakeholder management ability;

8.Frequently travelling and working in dynamic and fast-paced environment.
